Session explored a variety of self assessment tools and methods to further development of member
leaders; purpose and development related to self-determination prinicples will be presented and

Overview and demonstration of the function and featured capabilities of the system. Six components
of the system were reviewed: Administration, Council Activities, Grant Management, Report Generation
Fiscal Management and Public Performance Reporting.

Participants examined the importance of succession planning for a Council Executive Director
position, the benefits, challenges and roles and responsibilities of the Council.

Participants explored barriers and solutions to sharing Council activities and opportunities in lean
