Cultural Competence Plan

As a requirement of the training and technical assitance contract, NACDD/ITACC shall provide all training and technical assistance in a culturally competent manner approved by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities.  To accomplish this, NACDD/ITACC developed a cultural competence plan. 

The goal of the plan is:

To perform all activities and duties of the technical assistance contract to Councils in a manner that has the greatest likelihood of ensuring maximum participation by individuals with developmental disabilities and their family members, while respecting and valuing culture.
